“…From the explicit statement of the Court of Appeal contained in the contested decision, that its conclusive conclusion was reached, after taking into account, except for other means of proof, all the documents that had been legally invoked and presented by the parties, and the entire content of that decision, which explicitly rejected the appellant’s claim for permanent “disability”, but also for the destruction of her computer, it does not appear with undoubted certainty that the Court of Appeal, in addition to the second of the above documents, which it explicitly mentions, also took into account the above other documents and the affidavit in order to reach its rejecting conclusion, and the relevant ground of appeal is considered valid and must be upheld…”
